PAYMENT
PAROL accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, JCB and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the goods are dispatched.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT

PAROL uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

DELIVERY

All orders received on weekdays before 14.00 (Copenhagen time) will be dispatched the same day.

We ship to the nearest parcel handling point (post office) or your home.

Denmark:

  • FREE shipping and returns to Pakkeshop
  • For home delivery, the shipping costs DKK 39

EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and the UK:

  • FREE shipping on orders over DKK 1000
  • When ordering DKK 0 - 999, shipping costs DKK 100

USA, Canada and Australia:

  • FREE shipping on orders over DKK 1500
  • When ordering 0 - 1499 DKK, shipping costs DKK 150

RETURN

We hope you will be happy with your new clothes from PAROL.

Should there be something that you are not completely satisfied with, we offer a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased from PAROL. The period is calculated from the day you receive the goods.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after you have received the goods shop@parol.dk and from the date of cancellation you must return the purchased goods no later than 14 days after.

In the case of purchases where an item is included free of charge as a result of another item being purchased at the price stated on the website, upon return of the item for which payment has been made and thus was not free, a proportional set-off will be made in the return amount for that item , which was free.

This means that if you buy an item at full price and a free item is included, and you subsequently return the item that was not free, we will offset the price of the free item before we pay the remaining amount for the item you returned.

PAROL pays return costs in Denmark. You simply need to contact us at shop@parol.dk and ask for a return label. 

The buyer pays for return postage outside DK.

Packages sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.

The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service or natural wear and tear.
