Let's recognize that it is first and foremost the excessive amounts of clothing that are produced in competition for cheap production prices that are the problem.
And the price for that is unnecessary strain on nature's resources.
It is OS as consumers who must want a smaller selection, in better quality, which can last longer and which, with smart design, can be combined and used endlessly.
It has always been PAROL's position that high quality and sustainability are the way forward to a healthier world. It is more expensive to produce in high quality and limited quantities, but nevertheless we have set the prices so that even after sales at competitors with comparable products, PAROL keeps a fair price.
Another part of the vision concerns you personally, as PAROL's opt-out of sales will strengthen your image, because you will know that the piece of clothing you buy today will not soon be reduced to a low price.
The world needs you and me, because only together can we make it greener.
What you can do specifically is:
- Buy only the clothes you need.
- Review your wardrobe and put your looks together before you go shopping.
- Skip sales, which lead to mistaken purchases, constipation in your wardrobe and lack of overview of the clothes you already have.
- Buying from brands that work hard to be sustainable, not just in name...
