PAROL accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, JCB and MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped.
All amounts are in EUR incl. Danish VAT. For purchases outside the EU, Danish VAT will be deducted at checkout.
PAROL uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that only you can read your information.
All orders received on weekdays before 14.00 (Copenhagen) will be sent the same day.
We ship to the nearest parcel handling point (post office) or your home.

Should there be something that you are not completely satisfied with, we give you 28-days return right, whether it is to exchange for another item or to get your money back.
IMPORTANT! During first 14 days from the day of receiving the order you have to report your decision to us to email@example.com.
From the date of cancellation, you must return the purchased goods no later than 14 days after.
The buyer pays for return postage.
Packages sent by cash on delivery are not accepted.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item, which is due to handling other use than it is intended for the item's nature and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use. Please, pay attention, that PAROL is not responsible on any shipping damages on return items, therefore we will recommend you to pack items carefully and with all labels left.
Rights of complaint
A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Your right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service or natural wear and tear.
