We hope that you will be happy with your new beautiful clothes. Should there be something that you are not completely satisfied with, you are welcome to send your items back to us, whether it is to exchange for another item or to get the money back.
If you want to exchange / return some of your goods, you have 14 days right of return from when you received your order.
Return of goods, step by step:
- Request a return label by writing to us at shop@parol.dk.
- Please remember to state your full name and, if applicable, order no.
- Place this completed return slip together with the goods you wish to return.
- Put the forwarded return label on the package - postage paid by PAROL.
- Hand over the parcel to the nearest DAO parcel shop, find it at https://www.dao.as/privat/find-pakkeshop by writing your address on the front page in the field Enter postal no. / Street name or city, where you will subsequently receive several suggestions for drop-off locations.
I am returning goods because - find and write the reason code:
001: The product does not meet my expectations
002: I have changed my mind / regretted the deal
003: I have received the wrong item
004 The item is damaged
005: For long delivery time
006: The item looks different in the picture
007: The size did not fit
